Subscription

It’s pretty simple! Just visit our Get the box page and choose from our monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription options. You can also opt to surprise a special one with a JoggBox or a Gift Card !

You can sign up for the plan that best suits you and your goals. If you signup for a quarterly or annual subscription, your cost per box will be less. With a quarterly subscription you’ll save £5 (£40 instead of £45). With an annual subscription you’ll save £30 (£150 instead of £180).

Our monthly subscription box starts from only £15 per month + £3 P&P.

Our subscriptions can be suspended and re-activated at anytime however the subscriptions must be cancelled by the 22nd of the month to ensure that you are not charged for that particular month. To suspend your account, visit My Account and select ``Cancel`` next to the subscription you want to cancel.

Great! We are pleased to welcome you back with us! In order to respect your confidential data, we delete your bank details after one month of cancellation. However, you subscribe again by going on your account and reactivate the subscription or by following the normal buying steps.
No worries ! It happens all the time to forget his password. Thus, do like you are about to connect to your JoggBox account and you will see a link ``password forgotten``. Click on it and fill your email address. You will then receive an email to set up a new password. If you can't sill manage to do it, don't hesitate to contact us.
My order and delivery

When you subscribe with us, you will receive your first JoggBox on the begining of the following month (for example, if you joined us on the 7th of May, you will receive it in the first week of June). After that, all subsequent boxes will leave our warehouse before the 10th of the month. You'll receive an email when your box ships and it usually takes between two to four working days for it to arrive but can take up to 10 days in some cases.

For subscriptions, we will charge you when you sign up. After that, you'll be charged on the 25th of each month. You can cancel or suspend your subscription at any time but subscriptions must be cancelled before the 22nd of the previous month to ensure that the following month's box is not charged.

For gifts, you pay a one-time charge.

We only ship to the United Kingdom (Jersey or The Channel Island not included).

We hope to be soon available in other European countries.

No you do not have to reorder after each period. If you are a subscriber, you will be billed automatically on the 25th of each month.

You can change your address on ``My account/ Shipping Address`` , then ``Modify address``. Caution, we can't modify your delivery address after the 25th of each month.

We advise to anticipate the change of shipping address in case of a moving or a long journey. Also, don't hesitate to be very precise about your delivery address : floor, digicode... It will avoid some mistakes from the postman.

Many reasons can explain why your payment has failed. Insufficient funds, a request to stop the payment,....

No worries, our system will try to withdraw 2 days after.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will still receive any boxes you have paid for prior to your cancellation. After cancellation and all boxes you have paid for have been shipped you will not receive a new box. Quarterly and annual subscriptions must be cancelled before your second box ships to receive a refund minus £15 for the first box. If a quarterly or annual subscription is cancelled after the 2nd box is shipped, we will cancel your renewal, but you will receive the remaining boxes for your subscription and no refunds will be issued. You can cancel on Your Account Page, by sending a mail to support@joggbox.com, or by submitting a ticket.

After each JoggBox delivered, we ask you to fill a survey in order to rate the products tested. By answering this survey, you will help us to select the best products for you.
